Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our event. Please understand that you will not be permitted to set up unless we have received FULL PAYMENT at least 14 days prior to the start of the event.  Please know that it is your sole responsibility to arrange and pay for any permits through the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation and/or Clark County Parks and Recreation at least 10 days before the start of our event. These fees(if any) are above and beyond our fees. Absolutely no refunds after OCTOBER 27th, 2024.

This event fills up quickly and we have limited space at some of the venues.  First come, first served. We have 6 different areas and parks that we use for this event.

Warm Springs, Sunset Park, Arroyo Grande, Russell Road and Shadow Rock. Sunset Park consists of a quad and then 2 separate fields across from the quad.
